Black Velvet Coat with Sheer Panels Along the Opening

I bought this coat to wear with a size 6 Jessica McClintock dress I have for sale in another listing, which I show the 2 together in the last image. It has slits on both sides up to about knee level. It's very elegant, cape like but has long sleeves.
