Black Velvet Dress w/ Swoop Neck

Front of dress is velvet like material and neck "swoops" down. Stretchy dress. Size M. Bought from another posher but does not fit right. Length is about 23 inches, breast area from pit to pit is 18 inches and waist is about 15 inches wide. **Please note, back is not same velvet like material as front, see 2nd picture and material tag for other materials
