Beautiful and comfortable black velvet pants. They are elastic waist with a draw string. The have beautiful embroidered detailing in the legs and again up by the waist. This is a washable stretch burnout velvet. They are brand new but I have removed the tags. They are a size large

I will measure in the morning. It is and elastic waistband but I will measure. Sorry I just got back into town.

The waist band is elastic with drawstring. It is 15.5” across so 31”. Stretched out to its fullest it is 25” so it could be 50” around but would be tight. 31”inseam. They are brand new but I knocked off the tag but the plastic part that sticks through the pants is still in them. They have beautiful detailing. Very soft flowing velvet. I am 5’8” and could wear them with heels are fill the 1 and 3/4” waist band over once and wear with flats and they would be to the ground.
