Black Velvet Glittered Rose Red Dress

This dress is unique and beautiful. Can be worn in all seasons. It is in excellent used condition. Only flaw is with the belt is worn due to it being styled with other outfits. It has velvet roses on bottom outlined with silver glitter. Black slip is attached with black mesh for extra puffiness for the bottom. It comes with a short sleeve cropped very soft furry overcoat that is silk lined. Purchased from Belk.
