Black Velvet Goth Band Jacket

I really wanted to keep this jacket, but it’s too short in the arms. My loss is your gain. From Willi Smith. Size 10. Cloth is cotton velvet with a little spandex gives it some stretch. Polyester lining. Sounds like the buttons are metal. Ptp is 19in flat.
