This listing is for a black velvet jacket made by Laura Byrnes for the 2016 collection. Made in the USA. Tags attached. It’s marked a size 3X but I feel it is a better fit for a PUG 2X or in between PUG 2X/3X. The flat waist measurement is approximately 21 inches. Pit to pit measures approximately 24.5 inches flat. Since it’s lined there isn’t stretch. I feel like the design of the jacket works best while buttoned and it’s too snug for me. Comes from a smoke free and cat friendly home! Perfect for Fall.
