Black Velvet Maxi Wrap Dress

Black Stretch Velvet Fabric, Maxi Length Wrap Dress. Closed with the attached velvet cording finished with fringe tassels. Size says M but can comfortably fit XS-L (or XL if not too busty!) depending on where you tie the cords around your waist. Bought thrift, but still in good condition!
