Black Velvet Nehru Jacket

Back velvet nehru jacket with ornamental floral stitching, satin lining and eyelet fasteners. Pockets are still stitched together. Size 20W, but I wear a women's size 14 and it's snug. No rips, tears or stains. Nonsmoking household.
