Black Velvet Pencil Skirt size 6

This is vintage, picked it up thrifting but sadly got it home and the waste is very small for a size 8, doesn’t fit. I’d say this is closer to a size 6 or 4. I’m 5’9” 137 lbs, my waist is 29inches I wear 6/8 in everything. Some very minor barely visible flaw of loose thread in the rear zipper closure that could be mended. See photo. Fully lined. Beautiful condition otherwise. No stretch. Dry clean only. Measurements in photos.
