Black Velvet Skirt Vintage

This skirt is a vintage black velvet skirt. It has a front waist band and some gathering and a zipper in the back. There is a small approximately 3 inch pleat in the back as well. It is simple and beautiful. Timeless. Perfect for a dressy occasion. The black is a deep black not faded at all and the fabric is quality velvet.
