Black Velvet Tie-Up Heels

I love these black velvet heels! They are from Nasty Gal and have only been worn once. The velvet is super soft and has no damage. The heels tie in the front with ribbon and they could also be wrapped around the ankle. Heel height is 4 inches up to the back of the heel and 3 inches to in inside. Sized 10 and true to size.
