Black Velvet Top Ruffle Dress NWT

Black velvet on top with sheery vertical ruffles going down all the way around the bottom half. There's a cute diamond pendant on the front with a slight bow in the ribbon that wraps around the back. There's a slip so no see through worries. I'M OPEN TO OFFERS, FEEL FREE TO MAKE ONE 🙂
