Very sexy black Velvet bedazzled costume dress. Shiny silver sequins and bedazzled paint in the front and neck & sleeves of dress. Unknown brand bc it is hand made for a Halloween costume (vampire)ess 🦇 With side slits cut all the way clean up to the hips and sheer net sleeves from the chest down. Small black and metal snaps and metal clasps starting at the neck and then down the right side of the dress.
