Black Velvet/Velveteen Overcoat - Size L

EUC. Peplum style at waist. Button down with front pockets luxurious silk-like polyester lining. Slightly padded body for added warmth. Measurements: Button up, full high collar. (Top button at neck is missing but you wouldn’t even know it b/c the collar covers it up. This is a great coat to go with an evening dress. That’s what I bought it for and only wore it maybe 5 times. In the pics you might think your seeing white flakes (like dandruff) but it’s honestly just the light reflecting on the fabric. It’s not there. Length is 38” x bust is 19” (buttoned pit to pit) x arms 18” (pit to wrist) x collar is 5” x Waist is 18” buttoned x back is 17” (top of shoulder to shoulder) and back pit to pit is 21”
