Black Velvety Heeled Platform Lace Up Booties Boots Size 6.5/7 Worn Twice

Black lace up boots with gold hardware and chunky platform heels. Marked as a size 37. They're from China and are unbranded. I only wore them a couple of times. They do have marks on the toes from being tossed around in storage (please see all photos). I'm a narrow size 7 and they just fit me. They could also fit a women's US size 6.5.
