Black Vintage 90’s Taurus dress, 20’s Retro Style

This is a super cute vintage 90’s does 20’s sleeveless black dress. In really good vintage condition. TAURUS II brand. There are a couple white marks on the back which I think could be taken care of with dry-cleaning or washing. Pleated at the bottom. I just haven’t tried to clean them off. Fits like a small/medium. Armpit to armpit measures 17” flat. Measurement flat across all the way down is about 19” and total length is 40”.
