Soft and stretchy black vintage dress by Elie Tahari. In great condition. Zip up front with pockets, sleeves can be rolled up or worn long. A bit of wear on the front zipper and belt, but belt is removable! Size label was removed but I can provide measurements on request. For reference, I wear size small-medium usually. Fabric has stretch. Work appropriate.
