Black Vintage Fringe Dress

This vintage fringe dress is a dance costume but I a fringe dress is a fringe dress! Can fit a S-M very forgiving Note: The strap across the chest was attached to the neck line however to add flair and a chest detailing detached it so it falls across the chest. My bust is small so that help to keep the dress up as well. Also if I find the feather headdresses I will include it in the order.
