the only label I found besides Mayfair is that it needs to be professionally cleaned, made in the U.S.A. I couldn't find any materials label. it is wool, it may be partly cashmere because it does feel a little soft, but probably, mostly wool. and it's 48" long.

I guess it depends on the size of the person. it fits oversized but not where it overwhelms you. it's more roomy than body tight.
