Black Waterfall Hem Skirt NWOT

Black, size Large, 95% rayon, 5% spandex. This skirt hits me at mid-calf in front, and at knee on both sides. The length is the same in front and back, but is cut shorter on the sides. Elastic waist band. Measurements are 13" waist, 17.5" waist to sweep on sides, 26.5" waist to sweep in middle. The hem has a waterfall design. NWOT!
