Black Wet Look Leggings NWOT

These leggings are actually thin, so not thick and warm or anything. Great under a cute, long edgy blouse, maybe even for an evening out. Wanted to wear them, but they were a bit small for me, so didn't really feel comfortable wearing them around, so they've never actually been worn.
