vintagesa @ghostlady80 Well, I'm 5'6 and it comes to my knee. I like things below the knees ( my knees aren't that cute!) I think it would be fine for a dress at 5'4.

vintagesa @peeps622 I didn't look at the material last night. But it's like the spandex Lycra polyester spandex material. It's more silky feeling and soft than hot and sticky feeling. Does that make sense?
