emilyadkins441 Hi there! How see through is the white on this skirt? Could someone wear black bike shorts underneath and not see them? Also, do you happen to have the waist measurement? Thank you!

lpeters001 @emilyadkins441 Hi. The waist is about 19" and it has elastic in the back. The white is definitely see through in bright light. I wore beige biker shorts during the day under it. You might be able to wear black biker shorts. depending on the rest of the outfit...black tights, boots, etc. 😀
