Black & White Dress

This polka dotted dress has an incredible vintage vibe! Wrap dress with one end going across the body and around the back to cinch the waist as it ties with the other end. Split sleeves. Shaw-like look with fabric draping the upper back and creating a v-neck in the front. No flaws. Length is to about mid-shin (I’m 5’8”).
