Black & White Formal Dress

This dress has rhinestones along the bust portion of the dress, is super flowy, and is so comfortable to wear! I’ve worn in twice and have loved wearing it, even for hours on end at events like a Military Ball. It’s a size 11 and fits perfectly on the bust but is super flowy at from just under the bust down.
