Black, White House Black Market, mini dress, size XS. Approx length from shoulder to waist is 25 inches. Skirt portion is approx 12.5 inches. You can adjust as needed on your body. The top of the dress is thin which makes it slightly sheer. Boat neck front with V back. The skirt is elastic. I’m 5’4” for reference on length. I would say runs a little big. I’m usually a size small in most clothing items.
