Black White House Black Market Strapless Lined Flare Midi Formal Cocktail Dress

This dress is beautiful can be worn for any occasion. This dress is black, but the band over the breast and the waistband is a faded washed, looking off black not, Deep black like the rest of the dress. That’s how I purchased the dress. Too faded looking for my taste. I’m sure it can be dyed to be a deeper black. Size 2 measurements are in photos. It’s strapeless with breast cups/pads for support. I will try my best to post pictures and list all, if any minor defects that I can see so you can judge them for yourself and make your own decision as this item was purchased as a floor model.
