Black & White Jessica Simpson top!

This is a darling top by Jessica Simpson. The size is XL, but I would say it should be listed as a LARGE. From the top of the adjustable straps to the bottom of the skirt-like hem, it measures 26 inches. This could stretch about 4 inches if you wanted it shorter or longer. The waist at the 'small' of the shirt is 31 inches. This rests at Empire level. There is such great detail on this top! There is shirring across the front, and the 'skirt-like' hem is meant to be flowing. There are adjustable spaghetti straps, as I already mentioned, as well as cute halter straps that have black beads at the ends of the straps. This is one of those times I wished I had a mannequin, so I could show you how darling this top is!! This items does not have tags, but I also believe it has never been worn. This, as all my items, comes from a clean, smoke-free home.
