IZ Byer brand black and white lace upper sleeveless blouse. Two button closure on neck. Polyester. Machine wash cold, gentle cycle with like colors, non-chlorine bleach only, line dry, cool iron if needed. Do not iron decoration. Includes extra button sewn inside. Has smooth black inner liner sewn in, and nice flowing outer.
