Black & White Polka Dot Bow Dress

This dress I've worn for Easter and to dinner parties but it is not my style anymore. It's from Rue 21 and goes down to the knee and i am 5'5, and the back dips down into a V with a bow in the back as shown in the second picture. If you're interested, let me know :)
