Black + White Polka Dot Chevron Maxi Skirt

Absolutely adorable black and white chiffon maxi skirt with two side slits about halfway down the length of the skirt. Underneath, there is shorter lining skirt. I removed the tags at some point, but I believe it is a size small. Condition: The last photo shows a mini hole that was made by my hot glue gun and some pulled thread. There are no other flaws/damage. Flat Measurements: -Waist is 12" -Skirt is 39.5" long
