Black & White Polka Dot Dress with Bell Sleeves

From Julian Taylor NY brand, this is a size 24 black & white polka dot A line dress. 3/4 length bell sleeves, soft poly fabric that drapes nicely, hook/eye closure at peek a boo neckline. 41" long, 30" across waist, 29" under bust, 39 across hemline (measured lying flat). In fantastic used condition with no snags, flaws, or holes notes. Always line dried, no shrinkage. PLEASE NOTE: my items come from a cat-friendly household & while I try to remove any stray hair, some might tag along.
