Black & White Polka Dot Shorts w/Pink Flowers 4

This is a black pair of shorts with white polka dots and a pink floral print, size 4. These pull-on shorts have an elastic waist and a faux tie belt. These have some minor wash wear, overall in VGUC. (Note: The number on the tag is a numbering system for myself. I wrote it with a Sharpie, and it has nothing to do with the company.)
