Black White Strip Gym Leggings

My very sweet sister sent me these leggings but they are wayyyyyy too tight. The stitching is frayed (as seen in the 6th picture.) There is a stain (as seen in 7th picture) on the front left thigh. There is no size but from the measurements, I assume they are a 00. Even when I was a size 0, these were extremely tight. I’m honestly not sure if they have ever been worn or not. I’m sure she bought them from an overpriced boutique in LA.
