Black & White Stripe High-Low Dress w/Open Back

Super cute and comfy high-low dress. Soft and stretchy fabric. My plus-size model Chummy :) loves the way it shows off curves. I love the color contest and the open lower back. Measurements are shoulder to front hem 37”, back hem 49”. This fabric stretches and fits Chummy’s 37” waist but I’m also including photos of how small it is on the hanger. Smoke/pet free home.
