Black & White Striped Bubble Hem Dress

Fun, flirty and comfortable black and white striped mini dress with a pop of teal at the top. Bubble hem. Approximate measurements while laying flat: - Bust: 16” - Length: 29.5” Fits more like a Small than a Medium IMO. I am 5’4” for reference. EUC - worn once (see last photo) - fabric tag has most wear.
