Black & White Striped Mini Dress

This dress is so fun and it’s light airy fabric. Black and white stripes are sure to make a statement. Back is accentuated with a great big bow as pictured. 3/4 sleeves. Mannequin is US size 2 to 4, with 33 inch bust and it fits her loosely but perfectly. note: necklace not included, but is for sale in my closet.
