Black & White Stunning Dress NWT.

The length is below the knees. Completely modest. Don't worry about breezes in places you don't want seen! This can be dressed up or business wear. The wrap is free to blow & It is Never been worn. Like I stated above, Perfect for work or a night out on town. It's a 18/20 but I had a couple friends try it on and it fits more like a 18. The sleeves fit more like a 20, but it is spandex and other material fiber so it will not look baggy on you in anyway.
