Black & White Velvet Dress

This is a simple strapless, black velvet dress with white bow along the waistline. Fits true to size & is comfortable. The dress is a size 5 but has an elastic sewn along back so it could fit a 6 as well. Has pockets on both sides. I wore this once to a sweet 16 party so I think this would work for similar events like a: barmitzvah/batsmitsvah, graduation, awards ceremony or banquet.
