Black & White Vest with Black Ruffled Collar!

VERY Cute! I get Tons of compliments whenever I wear this. Has two pockets with buttons on the front. Black Satin Ruffles around the Collar. It's cut high in the back. (About half an inch over your belt) Both sides in the front are cut into a point. Great for pushing up cleavage! Gained some weight so I can't fit it anymore.
