26" back neck edge to lower back hem. straight line measurement from top to bottom of armhole is 7", 44" across bottom(swing) edge. Thank you for your question.

As a side, I do think this runs small. The size medium tag is a bit deceiving to me. I want buyers to be happy with any purchase !
