Black, White, and Teal Strapless Formal Dress

Long Formal/Homecoming/Prom dress! Only wore once to a formal dance. I am 5’8 and the dress was plenty long enough, but could easily be hemmed. Top is lightly lined with padding and elastic to help hold the dress up! Beautiful teal flower and ties in a bow in the back! From smoke-free and pet free home!
