Black & White form fitting dress

Spandex material, form fitting Felicity & Coco Dress. This dress is sexy! Scooped back. Fits like a glove. Material is thick, I would wear spanx underneath it. I'm 5'10 and dress would cover my knees. Only wore dress once, was purchased from The Rack.
