Black Wild Fable Backless Crop Top Size XXL (but fits like a Small or Medium)

This wild fable crop top I bought from target is super cute but is WAY too small for me. It’s a size XXL and the back is open and can stretch to different sizes but still it almost didn’t even cover my chest which is a 38C. It fits more like a small or a medium. But other than it running smaller than I thought, it’s the perfect summer top for going out and is in mint condition!
