Stunning black tulle glitter ballgown prom dress from Windsor Size Small Sleeveless sweetheart neckline is incredible flattering Built-in padded bust, cowl overlay High waist seam, front high slit A-Line silhouette, floor-length hem Iridescent glitter accents throughout Airy tulle fabric, stretchy knit lining **Was altered; Hemmed about 2-3 inches (adjusted to a height of about 5’6”). Front slit was added to tulle layer. Spaghetti straps were thickened with fabric from the hemmed skirt. Only worn once and in excellent condition!! Gorgeous and comfortable gown, so stunning in photos and fun to wear!!
