These are super comfy but run a little big so they weren’t good for me to work out in. They are a size L but fit bigger than a typical size L. I’ve only worn them maybe 5 times because of the fit. They have side pockets and a pocket on the waistline to hide your keys. They also have reflective detail so safe for running outside
