It has a lace up front with grommet detail, textured black material and straps are adjustable. Matching bottoms tie at the hips so there is a lot of give but they still cover. Top measures about 12” across laid flat. Bottoms are 12” across flat measured at top, side ties expand to about 15” at max. This is a size large.
