Black Zara Dress Size Medium

Just purchased this on another app, but it’s too small in the arms. I have an athletic build so I’d recommend this for a US size small or a Medium with slender arms as the stitch around the ruffle details on each arms does not stretch! Super nice, light fabric with some stretch (minus the arms!).
