Black a line skater dress with sheer sleeves and collar

Adorable a-line skater dress from shein. Says XL but fits more like a L. The collar has a button so you can create the peekaboo effect at the collar or leave it open like a regular collared top. Sheer sleeves have little polka dots. Very flattering!
