Black and Blue Beaded Floor-length Dress

A strapless light blue/teal and black floor-length dress, perfect for homecoming, prom, weddings, or family cruises. Teardrop holographic beads on the bodice, skirt gathered a little at the high waist, sheer skirt with a lining. There is one small tear in the skirt at the left waist, I tried to take a picture of it but it didn’t really show. Haven’t worn it since 2015!
